I want to start by saying how amazingly awesome each and every one of you is! Thank you for being part of this amazing team and helping our fellow listeners to give them support! Each and every one of you is so special to me and I don't always say it but I truly appreciate everything you all do! You all have shown so much kindliness and love to everyone you reach out to! Chevy, there is really not enough words that I can say about you. Since the start I have been on the Care Team, I have looked up to you, how you handle your various roles on the site and how open you are to help others. You are such an amazing Mentor! I appreciate the kindness you have shown to me countless times and how even when I was doubting myself, you unknowingly lifted up my spirits. I appreciate the time you have taken out to help with so many things related to the Care Team, sharing your views and giving suggestions and most of all, encouraging me as a Leader for it!

Every time we needed assistance with an event, AMA or a party, you were there to help out and are always proactive with everything that we ask Guides to do. Your suggestions and opinions are really appreciated and I like that you want to speak up about those things. Heart, I don't know how to begin this message. I haven't known you for long but in the short time we met, you have shown me kindness that I don't even know how to thank you fully for it. You are so active with your role, so open to learn and grow, want to know how you can help and you quickly get back to us when needed. When I posted about going on a break, it touched my heart that you wanted to check in with me and offer me support. I can't express how grateful and lucky I am to have someone on the team. Cris, I know you are currently on break right now but please know that you have done such a wonderful job as a Care Team Guide right when you joined the team. You are always open to learning and gosh, you are so awesome for asking questions when you need answers! I have never seen someone so invested and having that drive to do their best. Harmony, there are so many things I can mention here! Our journey on Care Team started around the same time. Even before joining it, you were so kind to me whenever we crossed paths. I am so lucky to have found a friend in you. No matter what, you have been there to help me and to lift my spirits up like no one else! You inspire me by the way you follow your values and how much you are willing to put in the time and effort with all of your roles. Mango Mango, what do I say about you? Can I make a separate post just for you? You are the person who has been with Care Team right from the start and has carried the team with you through everything. You are doing an amazing job with literally a dozen of things in the community. From onboarding me and inspiring me to do so much more in the community, I appreciate every single thing! I say it a lot already but if it wasn't for you, I probably wouldn't have been a leader at all. You brought out the best parts of me and literally supported me through everything - whether it was me doubting myself, me not being able to manage things, having troubles in my life, and just so many more things. You have been the best Mentor that I could ever ask for! I love every moment that I get to talk with you, be able to hear your amazing ideas and have the freedom to share all of my silly ideas (xD)! You listen to me without judgement and are always open to helping me out no matter what. I have to be honest, Mango... Care Team needs you and all that it is today is all thanks to YOU! You have made it what it is today and you have given each and every one of us to be our best selves and learn as a Guide. I can't appreciate you enough for all that you have done for me but please know that you really have made a huge difference for me!

Wow, this is a really amazing post. So wonderful to read about all the guides. What an awesome team we are. Lueur, you know how much I appreciate your work here, but also your friendship.
