Today, just now, I am grateful for my ability to walk! I've probably said that before, but when an accident happens to a dear friend and now she will use a wheelchair for the rest of her days .... well, it makes me very grateful. I can walk, run, skip, hop, walk up a big hill, walk or hike on rugged terrain, dance! If (hopefully when) I get married some day, I would very much like to dance after the ceremony. With my new husband of course, but with my daddy too. [I love you, daddy!] So yes, today I am thankful that my legs work with my brain in order so that I can walk and get around independently.

It truly is a blessing
To remember the loved ones that made sacrifices for me to make it to today and 2019. Many fond memories of happier times when I felt warm and loved and safe. I miss those times so much they bring tears and heart but also joy that I lived them. Life is very hard emotionally today I need to find more strength and somehow happiness to push on. I am so overcome by the tears and the pain of all I have lost. I really need to find help to move on from the grief I still struggle with.
