@PolarCat & @caringHoliday93 Discussion lead by @PolarCat and @caringHoliday93 seemed at the beginning a bit chaotic, because of the members going off the topic, but it was quickly transformed into a insightful conversation. Almost always the moderators summed up everybody's answers which helped with the discussion's flow. Everyone felt better after an hour of sharing their thoughts and experiences and I can only praise this session. Thank you for all of your hard work!

@PolarCat & @caringHoliday93 PolarCat and Holiday are very good at making sure people feel heard and are included in the discussion. They discuss relevant topics and really dig into what people are feeling and encourage people to share. Always a joy to take part in one of their discussions!! <3

@beYOUtywithin Beyou was awesome - I found the questions really good and I think they were relevant to everyone who was in the chat. Several people rated how they were feeling higher at the end of the conversation than at the beginning - amazing for an hour in a chat room!

Made me consider different ways to approach depression thanks to the contributing members in the discussion as well. Overall, the leaders were super supportive and kind. :) I enjoyed the session and hope to join next week!

@YayySphere yayy Sphere is indeed yay! Lol I usually wake up from panic attacks and.get and.give support in chats whether.just passively reading or by sharing to help someone as well.

@YayyySphere Its the exacy.topic.ive been.needing. Came at the right time. The discussion.was very easy to follow. Yayy was.very accomodating and has outpouring support for everyone involved in the discussion. Its amazing. It also helped me deal with my panic attack. Would love to attend more sessions with them. It was orderly unevebtful.and inspiring.specially the support given to each reply.

General:

✯ I think the people and the mods were very insightful and we kept such a positive atmosphere. Cheered me up and made me feel understood. Great job.

✯ I'm really liking these discussions, they've actually really had a positive effect on my mood. And now that I've been around the site a bit more, I found the calendar and made it a point to come to the discussion tonight. Tonight's topic was on coping skills, and I found it really helpful and got a lot of ideas for how to cope with negative feelings in a better way.

✯ I just liked being able to talk to a group of people and read what they had to say and we all seemed to be able to relate and learn from one another and I felt accepted and safe.

✯ Occupied my mind for a while, made me feel better. The questions made me think, and led to some great discussions. Mods were very welcoming and talkative, too. All round great chat.

✴ It was my first time meditating and I really enjoyed it . I felt extremely relaxed . It was like I didn't want to move for a few minutes I just wanted to stay still and rest my eyes. It was an amazing experience.

✴ I loved the guided meditation. I had a little trouble losing myself in my imagination. I have the feeling I haven't done this in too long. Thank you for providing a bank of different mindfulness exercises to follow. This one was just beautiful.
