She really is super amazing and the room would not be the same without her! She really goes out of her way and takes the time to listen to the members and validate how they are feeling. She really puts the members first and it is great to see another atl in the teen member rooms on a constant basis

2. @Karrot - Karrot is always keeping the energy level high and is such an incredible member of our community! They are great at showing our teen members compassion and support and keeping things lively around the site. Thank you for all you do, Karrot! You are very appreciated! ♡

5. @Karrot- I just wanted to give a massive Shout out to Karrot for all their hard work and dedication to 7 cups. They really are a huge asset to the community and work very hard for the benefit of the site, members and listeners. Their approach to the Teen Listener room is amazing and they are always friendly to people seeking help and support and also know how to liven the place up! Their work in the forums with the teen mindfulness and teen-only zone is also fantastic and they really create some helpful content. I also want to thank Karrot for being a great friend and Parrot over the past few months. Their work does not go unnoticed. <3

6. @PeaceLoveandPaws - Wonderful and genuine soul. 7cups is lucky to have her around spreading positivity and support to both members and listeners alike.

1. @Karrot - They are super amazing with their members and they all seem to love karrot. When in the room I feel safe to engage with the members they are super great and noticing the bonds members make with karrot is so great! Karrot really goes out of their way to make the room a safe place and I feel like this isnt appreciated as much as it should be

2. @CommunityModJennie - Thank you very much for being an amazing moderator. You are always polite, welcoming, supportive and make me smile even when I feel depressed.

3. @PamHarley - We are lucky to have her. The members love her. She is supportive, compassionate, helpful, and kind. I would befriend her if I knew her in real life. She always goes above to reach out to anyone. A humanitarian.

4. @Tyedyebutterfly - Tyedyebutterfly is always positive and encouraging in the listener support room. Always know how to encourage those in the room and always offering to lend an ear.

1. @littlePapaya2167 - Pap is super caring and supportive to all the members, they are always helping out and talking and supporting other members. They really are amazing to have in the room and am super proud of them for pushing through even when being in the room when it isnt the most positive they stay positive and keep benign so lovely and caring despite the situations keep up the great work pap

2. @Lightlimerya - She is already around with positive energy and kindness in the room making everyone laugh and is super amazing and fun to be around
