My advice would be to make sure you spend time to read and understand what is going on before jumping to any conclusions. Don't worry if you don't feel like you "fit" in because the time you have to share is yours only. You belong here anyway! Don't worry about what anyone else has to say, your story is your own. It doesn't have to fit in a certain theme if your happy your happy, if your miserable your miserable, if it's a disaster it's a disaster! Make sure we are following the guidelines to keep this place a supportive community for all. Giving people space and time to talk is compassion too. No need to rush anyone. Phrases short and listen to each other, I hope you see you all again soon.

I can't give advice because well I didn't walk in your shoes but I can share what I like to remind myself.
Don't be afraid to ask things you think you already know the answer for. You'll be surprised to learn new things you didn't expect.

One piece of advice I'd like to share is to have patience while hosting. It may feel like you're always watching the clock, or debating if you should move on the the next question, but rest assured that there is enough time to pause and give everyone some space to breathe. There is no need to rush, especially if the discussion is going smoothly, and it is okay if you can't finish going through your script. The most important thing is to make sure everyone gets to participate meaningfully and learn something from the session

What is one piece of advice you like to share these sessions with us? I guess.. feel confident and dare to host... people are great and supportive and willing to help. If the sharing circle is slow you can always use icebreakers.
