Important Update Regarding the Exploration Garden Room

Hi, explorers!

Exploration Garden (EG) group chat was introduced in July 2023 as an extended version of the Sharing Circle, and has served as a space for deepening understanding and seeking new perspectives  The primary focus is on allowing participants to delve into their current emotions and experiences through sharing, encouraged by peer support.

However, we've been facing challenges with consistent volunteer coverage to maintain the Exploration Garden in its current structure. To ensure everyone continues to have access to valuable support and connection, we've made the decision to transition the Exploration Garden room into a more Huddles-style format for the time being. (It won't look exactly like this, but if you have never heard of the Huddles, you can get a general idea of what these rooms look like in this post.)

This will take some time to think through and implement, but once we do, we'll have an even stronger, sustainable EG environment that can last for the long haul.

We understand that this is a change, and we truly appreciate your patience and flexibility as we adapt to ensure the sustainability of our support system. We are actively working on a new plan for the Exploration Garden and aim to share more details with you before the end of May.

EG will carry on in its usual format throughout May, facilitated by our wonderful community moderators. EGs run for one hour - catch them at 12PM, 4PM, and 8PM (EST) each day.
