Celebrate Your Tiny Triumphs with 7 Cups 🎉🎉🎉
Hello everyone,
As we all know, big goals are achieved through small steps. We tend to forget or ignore the small victories in achieving big goals. But sometimes, those "tiny triumphs" deserve just as much celebration. So, as part of the Moving Forward Challenge, I invite you all to join this space to share those little wins – the moments you felt proud of, the small hurdles you overcame, or the tiny acts of self-care you practiced.
How to share:
- Write a brief description of the step you took.
- Include why this step is meaningful to you.
Example: "My Tiny Triumph: Today, I spent 15 minutes journaling about my anxieties. It felt hard at first, but I'm proud of myself for facing them."
Let's create a supportive space where we acknowledge and celebrate our progress, no matter how small. I can't wait to hear about your tiny triumphs and celebrate them with you. Let's encourage each other with our progress. ✨✨✨✨✨

I reinforced a boundary I set with someone. Despite their asking forgiveness and for a second chance, I'm hesitant to do so (especially since I've given them multiple chances before I withdrew from them), as they've not shown they will keep to their word about this behaviour.
And boy was it hard. But I'm so glad I did it.
@galfromaway well done boundaries are important 💖💖
@ASilentObserver
I finished a really difficult homework assignment in one sitting rather than procrastinating.
It's normally rlly hard for me to do this but I locked in
@Itmaybeebailey well done that's amazing 💖💖
@ASilentObserver Yesterday I was struggling with the "I don't matter" story I've been telling myself since a teen. Started to repeat the pattern, shut down from feeling overwhelmed for about 20mins, however instead of letting the pattern play out and keep me down all day I used "an attitude of gratitude" to ground out. Yes! Yay! Pats self on back.
@geistbaum71 pats you on the back I and gives you a giant tiny hug 💗 mental health patterns are not easy to get yourself out of, so well done 💖 gratitude helps me through hard times too💖
@Tinywhisper11 Thank you. Hugs to you as well. :)
@geistbaum71 That is a huge win. I am glad you recognized those old patterns and actively chose a different path. Keep sharing your tiny triumphs and celebrate them here with us.
@ASilentObserver Therapist kindly asked to stop trying to do so much healing/recovery on my own. Only kid and lifetime loner so it took me awhile to understand what that looks like and how to do it but I think I'm on the right track and this feels like a relatively safe place to share a bit. Thank you for the encouragement.
@geistbaum71 i know exactly how that feels, how isolating and painful it is, like a pain in the chest and heart, so I know the effort it took for you to do this, im proud of your achievement and effort and i genuinely hope you keep seeing and telling yourself everyday thst you most definitely are worth it 😊
@Amanda84 Thank you. Always get a a bit teary eyed when people see me and relate. Virtual hugs to you. Wishin you a peaceful and productive day.
@HappyHelper242 that's a great achievement 💖💖 well done you 💗
@ASilentObserver

Thank you! You're so sweet. And it was delicious, haha.
@ASilentObserver .... I was able to overcome the feeling of a small feeling of excitement, when knowing I had a much bigger feeling excitement planned out and was able to move forward, knowing that the big excitement is yet to come.
@BlissFul77 aww having things to look forward to is always an amazing feeling💖💖
@Tinywhisper11 thank you for your positive attitude and feedback. It truly helps me a lot to get through some of these tough times and also yet enjoy the rewards. Thank you again.
@BlissFul77 Soo nice. Keeping your focus on the larger, more fulfilling goal is great way to self regulate. That kind of patience and determination is wonderful. Keep sharing your tiny triumphs and celebrate them here with us.
@ASilentObserver sometimes it’s the little things that count but if you realize all in all you haven’t quite hit that goal you have to be patient that’s for sure and sometimes that’s the hardest thing to do. Thank you for your feedback. It truly helps me get through times that I’m unsure of thank you again.
@ASilentObserver art and crafts mean so much to me, it's something I can do that makes me feel proud of myself😁 I'm making a multi layered fairy garden 😁 and I've almost finished the top layer, I made everything myself except for the base and flowers😁

@Tinywhisper11 I am glad you found something that brings you such joy and pride. Keep sharing your tiny triumphs and celebrate them here with us.

@ASilentObserver
These sound like @Tinywhisper11 triumphs to me!
My tiny triumph yesterday was listening to a recovery podcast while sewing, instead of social media.
Hehe, that’s what I was thinking! “Tiny” triumphs :P
@Clio9876 that is so cool, replacing a potentially draining habit with something positive and productive is a huge step. Keep sharing your tiny triumphs and celebrate them here with us.

Five months ago, I survived a car crash. Today, I walked unassisted, without my crutch. Although I moved like a toddler, I'm incredibly grateful for this progress. 🥹
@ZenArashi
Oh, wow!! I would call that a HUGE triumph!! That must be so exciting - I imagine it's taken a lot of hard work to get here. I'm so happy for you! 🥹
