Struggling to find doorkeepers for discussions on time
I have trouble finding doorkeepers who are active to unlock the room for my discussions.
I am wondering if other sub-community leaders are also having this issue. And how do you cope with it?

If the form doesn't get you a doorkkeeper in time, I'd say you can usually pm an ambassador, ask in the LSR. A solution might be just asking about an hour ahead of time if anyone will be around. I've noticed a lot of people ask right before a room needs to be opened, but maybe it'll help to ask ahead of time incase someone needs a room opened and no one's around. That gives time to find someone who will be around or who possibly could be around. Last resort if you really can't find anyone at all, you might be able to ask a community mod.
Personally, if it helps, if you give me enough notice (meaning like an hour or so beforehand), I can let you know if I'll be around to open it. If I don't answer, I'm either busy and therefore unavailable, or asleep. But the hour ahead time gives you an extra cushion of time to find someone.
@EvelyneRose thank you. I will try using the form. Though I'm not sure if the form is still in service? Maybe I misinterpreted the last update about doorkeepers.

It should be! But I'm saying if you don't find anyone, you can always PM a community mod or me, but if you do it in advance, there's more of a chance that you'll fidd a doorkkeeper than if you do it at the time of the event.
