@BridgetAileen
Sounds like the "cravings" you mentioned both would fall into the "carb and salty" category!.. Hope that helps and works for you!... ( I know those cravings can be so tempting)! Good luck!

@PoliteOcean
so I have a pasta craving?!?! What if it's whole grain wheat? :)
man, all this food talk is making me hungry, but I may not be eating as healthy :X
@PandaK
Hey Panda! Wheat is "still" a carb ;) And yeah, its surely a challenge to talk about food and not get tempted with cravings!! lol
@PoliteOcean
i had recently found a replacement for pasta noodles: spaghetti zucchini or squash! Requires a tool but real easy to bulk up on & freeze down to boil later on. Yummy :)
@PandaK, OK, now I want pasta, too.

@BridgetAileen
I usually go by this rule: if you're gonna succumb to a craving, let it just be a tiny special treat that you have like every 100 years. That's what makes them so much enjoyable to eat! :D
@PoliteOcean
I eat soooo many pumpkin seeds this time of year! I normally try to roast some of my own from pumpkins I carve but that didn't happen this year. Luckily a natural foods store near me sells them in bulk!

I used to eat them ALL the time as a kid... I don't think I had "pumpkin" seeds in years!... But yes they are yummy :) I LOVE everything pumpkin!

@PoliteOcean

Oh yeah. Water is made of 100 percent water. beat that ;)

This is a great thread, @Politeocean

@dancingRainbow45
