small habits that actually help.
hey guys! so ive been trying to take better care of myself lately, not just my body but also my mind lol. i realized that even tiny things can actually make a big difference. here’s some stuff ive been doing:
1) move a bit everyday – sometimes just 10 min walk or stretch. makes me feel more awake and less stressed.
2) take a few deep breaths – or think about something im grateful for, really helps when my brain wont stop.
3) eat more colors – fruits and veggies make me feel more energized and less lazy.
4) sleep stuff – try to stay off my phone 30 min before bed, my sleep got better lol.
5) check in with myself – writing feelings down or just noticing them makes stress easier sometimes.
i was wondering, what lil habits do u guys do that actually help u feel better? maybe we can share tips and help each other out.

It’s so amazing that eventually most things come down to the absolute basics in our life that help nurture our mind, body and soul.
Breathing pauses, Better sleep, nutrient rich food, some movement, self-check-ins, engaging in some fun or play.
A small habit that I find most helpful is to not use my phone first thing in the morning xD it’s a work in progress habit haha!
Another might be to disengage from people/ situations that I’m certain would drain me out.

I'm trying gratitude each morning I've been writing in my journal all my thoughts so I don't fall back into a negative pattern

Hi there, well it helps me clear my head if i do household chores. Cause it's like an exercise that is more enjoyable for me to do than to run or jog haha. Plus I feel at peace if the house is clean and everything is in order.
Next would be to go out anywhere my feet drags me. Sometimes at a coffee shop. Or food trip at places where there are food choices that are unique.
Then there's also singing karaoke. :)
