**This past week has been ok (with a few mild "road-bumps")... And even though the road-bump at the beginning of the week caused me some anxiety, I'm trying to focus on "solutions" to keep me moving forward ahead~ And staying prayerful and positive for "positive outcomes" ...

**I stayed completely on track with eating and workouts... I taught my regular Two Zumba Gold Classes this past week as well as Co-taught a third "regular" Zumba class..... I got some home Dvd's in and fitness videos.... It was even NICE and SUNNY a few days this week, so I even managed to get over to the Lake with my puppy for "His" walk.. (Which we both enjoy of course). They were two beautfiul days, full of sunshine... since all the "boaters" have their boats docked until Spring it was just the "two of us"!..... So it was just a nice quiet walk for us both.. cool

**Today is my grandmothers birthday ... (I had to mention that since I noticed the date of this post)...She passed away in 2004 and was like my 2nd Mother.. She even rasied me for short time when I was little. So Today I continue to hold very Fond memories of her in my heart. Tomorrow Feb. 11th, is the date of the passing of my grand-"father".... (Her husband)..... (Yeah, the dates on that are very "freaky")... Not something my family wanted to go through. But he passed in 2003. The day "after" her birthday. We were always thankful for that at least. That he waited....... frown But, I know wherever they are, they are either happy together , or driving each other crazy lolol.... And still very loved and missed here by all of us...

**Today is also "Rest Day"... However my husband and I will be celebrating VALENTINE'S DAY today, (since it falls on Wed./Mid-week)...Soo..... Since there will be a "treat" of some sort, I need to get a workout in and earn it I guess~ surprisecheeky.

HOPE EVERYONE ELSE'S WEEK HAS GONE WELL~ yes

Heyyy! This week has been one of the most stressful weeks I'v had in a VERY long time, and I caused it (I made a mistake... a very bad one!) but it's all good now. Lesson learnt- (I'm overseas atm) 1) RESEARCH about the country you'r travelling to, and know how they act 2) RESEARCH in depth before doing it and 3) Be like my dad and have a lot of money to pay for stupid mistakes like mine!!!

But on a better note, tomorrow I'm going shopping to buy clothes, and I bought a pair of pants today! :) Excited to go travelling (the suburb is an hour's drive via motorway) and excited to explore the place. I haven't been eating very healthy, because many of our meals are at restaurants LOL but once I return back to my home, I'm determined to start exercising and eating healthy again!!! I'm very excited to start exercising again- never thought I'd say this but I really miss it! I miss the feeling of accomplishment and how much happier I was when I exercised everyday. It really does improve my mood.

I'm really excited for next week as it's Chinese New Year! And I'm in China and it's a MASSIVE festival, so I can't wait to experience it and be a part of it. First time!!

Very busy week, but kept anxiety in check. Better diet now than over the holidays. Feel a lot better eating healthy and getting more fresh air. Last year this time I had very high anxiety levels, but better control with diet and exercise including 7 Cups has helped. Have been able to get some good walks even with the cold weather. Counting the days until Spring. Less then 40 days I think. Just getting through winter without major anxiety issues has been great. Everyone keep up the good work.smileysmiley

This week has been quite exciting for me. I am just starting to get used to my new job and made a lot of mistakes but learnt a lot as well. I am thankful that my boss is understanding. I've started paying more attention to my diet and exercise routine; I see myself leading a healthier lifestyle.

Hey! This week has been extra busy for me at work and I started the weekend with a 2 day vacation trip, then was sent another couple days to another state, so food wise....I've been eating a lot of crap. But I've been eating 3 times a day, which is good. I've gotten enough exercise as well during this time, but my most important healthy thing Indid was socialize. In the past week I've incorporated a few people into my life and have been going out.

I had a lovely evening on Saturday, celebrating my younger son's birthday with my husband, both our sons, and their girlfriends. I was starting to come down with a cold and spent most of Sunday in bed. I took today off work to rest more. My exercising and food was good last week, but this cold is going to keep me from doing much for a few days. I have been doing a lot of reading yesterday and today, which I enjoy, and drinking lots of tea. I hope to feel better tomorrow so I can get back to work, and also not miss yoga.

Haven't been doing very well at all. It seems like I just go through my days doing the same things I did the previous day....I always have it in my head that I should change something about myself, but my brain doesn't seem to want to change any kind of behavior, or even want to start.

I only exercised for one day during the week, and only because I couldn't stand being inside the house. :(

I've been working on just getting my body to feeling like I should be. My last workout was rough not in terms of being worn out but stiffness. I was cracking and popping a ridiculous amount and felt a need to stretch constantly.

I was hoping to get rowing, we'll see. I woke up with what I thought was a sore throat, but it was moreso the back of my tongue. I just watched it, the pain moved up higher but it looks totally normal. Might be a deficiency thing rather than HAE. Will see if I'm up to rowing tonight or not.

My husband's calorie counting has made me realize just how much more I eat than I should to be at an ideal weight. The problem is though that I am hungry, I find that comes from being sick plus I tend to be hungrier when I sit vs running around, not sure why but I have always felt that way - work, dance, labs, etc. I would not eat as much as during say exam periods when I would cut back on other activities. It was to the point where people would think I was anorexic when I had lots going on. Throw in deficiencies making me hungrier too and limiting my calories falls down the priority list. Just feeling better and increasing acitivty as possible is still ongoing goal. It can be a little frustrating at times, but before diagnosis one of the few things that made me feel better was gaining weight, and there is a possible immune physiological change for it. It just kinda sucks to watch hubby lose weight and knowing it's not where I'm at. At least some happened just naturally, but not at the pace hubby is doing.
