🌞 This past week went well. I stayed on Track with my goals, and accomplished them each day. Meal-planning, Water, Sleep, Vitamins, and Exercise was all on target each day.

🌺 This past week I was feeling a little "Cabin-Fever". The weather was in between (not the coolest Nor the Warmest), with some minor rain. So was only able to get out Sporadically for some Walk time with the Furbaby. But did keep up with all my Group Fitness classes..... Honestly, I'm in need of a change to my workout schedule but trying to figure that out still.... as well as a vacation or get-away of some sort, as I've been needing a change of Scenery lately. And will try to plan for one this Month ahead for my Mental well-being.

🌞 This weekend will be spent trying to work on & continuing to get my home (and grounds) ready and in order for the Summer months ahead. So will be putting in some work there. Will try to squeeze in a Workout or Walk as well.

I love the question if you came with a warning what would it be. I had to think for a while about what mine would be but I think I have it now. Warning: this lady wants to know everything about you. She will ask your astrological sun and moon signs, You're Myers/Briggs results, your favorite number, your favorite color, and all about what means most to you. When she asks you how you're doing she really wants to know.

Hey there~

I like that you love that question. Looks like you had lots of fun answering that one. And that you are a person (like me) that likes to know great detail about others or the things around you?! I get the same way. I like to know everything! lol

Thank you for sharing your response and for checking in this week to share with us!

@PoliteOcean Here’s how the past week went. Sunday I took a bath, which is a huge achievement and a major victory. At my previous house, Leslie was using the bathtub/shower to store a contraption that Dennis used, making the shower unusable. Monday I picked up my laptop from the repair shop. It cost me $120. I called my clinic to make an appointment and they said they had no appointments available at any time. My social worker came over and did my yearly evaluation. It went well. There is inadequate lighting at the house so I am unable to do my theology reading or reading of art history. Wednesday I spent 1 hour on Tech support working on my anti-virus. Thu and Fri I went to the library and studied poetical interpretation and went for a walk. I can only do my prayer time when Alan isn’t being an interference. One thing I like about the new house is that it is much quieter. There is no TV at the house so I just watch live stream all day. The problem is the channel choices are much more limited with live streaming. I wish food stamps would pay for supplements, that would be a big blessing. My books are stored in garbage bags underneath my bed. My pill cutter arrived so I could now start to take my prescription hair growth medication.

@Regmo

Hey Regmo, Thats good that you were able to take a bath. As yes, that is an achievement, as well its important to take care of ourselves and keep up with good hygiene. Thats ridiculous that Leslie would block something as important as that from being able to be used?! She should know better especially if as you said, she's been in healthcare! Thats good that you were able to get your laptop. Thats also good that your social worker stopped by. I hope that perhaps you stated some of your concerns to them to let them know about your living situations or the things going on around you? At this point, they are the one that should be able to step in and help with things like that when you are having issues that aren't being addressed. Its good that you were able to spend time taking care of the things that were needed, as well as continuing your studies and being able to get your walk in. It sounds like you had a productive week. Despite not having a TV, its nice that you feel that things are quieter for you in the new house and that you are still able to livestream when you choose. Its also good that you were able to get your pill cutter. Those are very useful for sure. Thanks for checking in and sharing your week and letting us know how things are continuing to go.

Hi, Ocean,

Hey everyone, Welcome to MAY~ How have you been this week? It's been rough, but me and Chloe, my cat, are ok.

🌞 This is our "FIRST" Check-in for the Month of "MAY".....What things are you looking forwards to this month ahead?... What New Goals would you like to set for yourself or Work on? Right now, I'm just looking forward to getting my bed set up. The goals I want to set are getting back to healthy eating, and meditating. I'll be unpacking so that is enough exercise by itself for now.

🌺 MAY Is "MENTAL HEALTH AWARENESS MONTH''~ What are some ways that you are checking in on yourself and taking care of your Mental Health?.... CLICK HERE and take a look at our "Mental Health Check-List"! .....Tell us What you will work on! The link didn't work for me.

🌷 JUST FOR FUN: If you came with a Warning Label, what would it say?! Contents under pressure.

🌞What were your "Highlights Or Struggles" of the week?...... How were you able to work through your challenges?! My struggle of the week was driving over 8 hours to my new home with my elderly cat in a carrier in my little car, which was jammed packed with stuff. The last hour of the drive was rough. I thought my cat was dying.

Hey there Tree~ despite having a rough week, its good that you (and Chloe) are both doing Okay.

Thats good that you are working on some goals for yourself this month. And focusing on the things that you are wanting to do and get done. Sounds like you have some really nice healthy goals there as well. That is awesome. And yes, unpacking is actually a great bit of exercise. Lots of walking back and forth and lots of moving around. And every step counts!

I'm sorry to hear that the link did not work for you!? They are still doing many forum updates, perhaps that was the issue. TRY THIS AND CLICK HERE

Hahaha..."Contents under pressure" ... I like that. 😉

Wow, an 8 hour drive is quite long for sure. Did you make that drive all by yourself?! If so, I highly commend you for being able to keep going that long. And good to know that you made it, and that your cat is doing well (which is certainly a Positive)!

Thank you for checking in this week, keeping us up to date, and letting us know how things are continuing to go. Please continue to check back and let us know how things are going for you at your new place.

Hey everyone, Welcome to MAY~ How have you been this week?

Hello! As well as can be considering the pressure at work and how busy our family lives are right now! It's not just a matter of a lot of work, unfortunately, I'm also not sure if I'm qualified to move my career in the direction I'd like it to go. I have so much trouble when others at work (particularly men) have reasons to react as if I am very stupid, and naïve.

This is our "FIRST" Check-in for the Month of "MAY".....What things are you looking forwards to this month ahead?... What New Goals would you like to set for yourself or Work on?

I'm looking forward to a trip we are taking to the closest nearby city in our country this month to celebrate my brother-in-law's birthday! He is a Gemini, so very invigorating. As for goals, I will keep at my reading goals for this year, and I will keep moving forward at work. Thinking past a week is too frightening, so I will just try to do the best I can each week. (If only there weren't things I needed to think about now that won't come into the world until October!)

MAY Is "MENTAL HEALTH AWARENESS MONTH''~ What are some ways that you are checking in on yourself and taking care of your Mental Health?.... CLICK HERE and take a look at our "Mental Health Check-List"! .....Tell us What you will work on!

I always keep consistent with my workouts and sleep, but I am not nearly as good at keeping my thoughts level. I will try for graceful optimism this month -- not unrealistic but also not feeling terrible about things that will very likely be alright.

JUST FOR FUN: If you came with a Warning Label, what would it say?!

Hmm, maybe "Dreams, awake or asleep."

What were your "Highlights Or Struggles" of the week?...... How were you able to work through your challenges?!

I am proud of how much work I did this week, even if it wasn't enough to escape having to work this weekend, as well. I'm really hoping there will be a time in the next year when I won't be at this frantic rate, and I will also feel as if there is hope in my future of being on the path I want to be. Until then, I'm going to keep going.

@nordurnStar

Hey there Star...

Thats good that despite the pressures of work and busy lives, that things are going well for you. Hopefully you can continue to move forwards and get around the challenges of work that you can continue to advance in your goals.

How nice that you have a trip to look forwards to this month. And that you will get to visit with your brother in law. And that you will continue with your goals of reading, and moving forwards at work. And yes, I agree to not get "too" ahead of ourselves. Its ok to live in the moment, day by day, or just in the "near" future.

That is really awesome that you are keeping and staying consistent with your workouts and sleep. Everything else that you wish to work on will continue to come together!

"Dreams awake or asleep".... Thats a good label!

I think its awesome that you are able to feel proud of yourself for the work that you've accomplished in the week. And that you are feeling "hopeful" in your future paths! And yes, as you say, until then, keep going forwards! (And keep on keeping on)!....Sounds like you had a great week, keep up the good work that you are doing for yourself! And everything will pay off!

Thank you for sharing with us this week and letting us know how you are doing. Please continue to keep us up to date on how things are going for you!

🌷 Hey everyone, Welcome to MAY~ How have you been this week?

- May has been magnificent 🥰 It's my favorite month due to the weather it brings here on the east coast in the U.S. Also my birthday month, the birthday of my grandmother and the month of Mother's Day here! All my favorites holidays

🌞 This is our "FIRST" Check-in for the Month of "MAY".....What things are you looking forwards to this month ahead?... What New Goals would you like to set for yourself or Work on?

- I'm going through all my 7 Cups roles with a fine tooth comb to make sure these are roles I'm performing and contributing my absolute best in 😌 I enjoy being apart of this community and how it allows me to support people globally

🌺 MAY Is "MENTAL HEALTH AWARENESS MONTH''~ What are some ways that you are checking in on yourself and taking care of your Mental Health?.... CLICK HERE and take a look at our "Mental Health Check-List"! .....Tell us What you will work on!

- I will work more on making myself a priority, so that I perform better in my other priorities 🩷 Quality over quantity

🌷 JUST FOR FUN: If you came with a Warning Label, what would it say?!

- Warning, very tranquil aura 🌊

🌞What were your "Highlights Or Struggles" of the week?...... How were you able to work through your challenges?!

- No struggles, I guess my highlight would be the amount of rest I've been able to catch up on 🤭

🌺 What is something that "YOU" want to talk about, add or share with us this week?! ....WE want to hear from YOU!~

- I want to tell everyone, never give up on your dreams and goals. And never let someone else's fear or negative become your own if you're confident about the progress you want to make and can make

@SirenOfSerenity

Hey there Silent, great to see you this week!

Thats great for you that May has gone so well!... I agree, May is a really great month, with many great changes (whether definitely being a big one for me as well!)....As I'm on the East coast too!. So I feel that!... And of course all the holidays! (And having a Birthday is even better) 😉

I think its good that you are doing an assessment of things to ensure that you are giving your best to the roles that you are taking on. Its great to help support others, but even greater when we are also taking care of ourselves (and our Mental wellbeing) so that we are able to continue to give the best that we are able. And I think its good that you realize that for yourself and are making yourself "more of a priority" when needed.

lol... I enjoyed your "Warning label"... I typically have seen the "opposite" of that answer. So it sounds like you have been quite relaxed and that taking care of yourself is working! And that you have had "No Struggles"! Good for you and keep up the great work that you are doing!

Thank you for sending your well-wishes to the community. And for the "Reminder" to never give up! And on a personal note, I really love "never let someone else's fear or negative become your own if you're confident about the progress you want to make and can make"...... As it can be so easy to do that and get away from our goals by allowing that to simmer in our minds/thoughts.

Thank you for stopping by to share with us this week. Its so great that you were able to have the time to do so. And please continue to keep us updated!
