💕This past week was a mix.... Last weekend was mostly well & quiet... I started off Saturday with a workout at home, then continued with some "Pre-spring" cleaning after, & then out & about for some errands & a little bit of Birthday shopping for a Double-birthday party this weekend ahead... Sunday was generally similar, as I started off the day with Zumba at the Gym, & then relaxation time at home after with some Movies after, before starting off the week..~

🌤️ As the week started off, It turned a little chillier again, but I got back to all my usuals, (Work, Gym-time, meal-planning/tracking etc..)... I did somewhat better with Sleep goals this week, but lagged behind a little on my hydration goals... I also had a few "un-expected stressors" pop-up this week that were emotionally challenging, & upset my week a little... But I did what I could to push through, & meditated as much as I could.~ With that said, I find myself finishing up February in a (maintain-mode) as far as my personal goals. (Meaning I'm not finishing off any worse/better than the previous month from my own perspective)... So I guess it was an even-keel month with goals, As I prepare to keep pushing forward in them in the new month ahead~

💕 This weekend ahead, intentions are to start off Saturday with a Workout, (whether from home Or a Group fitness class)... Then run some errands & on to finish-up Birthday shopping... (As Sunday we will celebrate a Double-Birthday party for loved-ones)... On Sunday hopefully I can also squeeze in an early Zumba class before the Party starts... Then relax a bit before starting off a New week to the New month ahead~... It's "Supposed" to be quite a nice week ahead weather-wise for the first week of the month, with temps approaching Early Summer-like temps. So looking forward to seeing that.~

I resemble Jenna Ortega 🩵

The last week has been good, Abit more time to just go at a slower pace, spend genuine time with people instead of feeling like I'm spinning twenty plates 🩵

@PoliteOcean My energy fields are shifting which is really great. Saturday I spent 30 minutes working on my Philosophy course. I'm still trying to get used to the format. The course material is written really well. Monday I shaved and also ripped a whole in my jeans so I'm going to have to buy a new pair. It's always something. Tuesday I interviewed a new caretaker Diedre and she agreed to take the job. She turned out to be catastrophic but I can't get rid of her. I would absolutely hate to have to hire a new caretaker. She is an unsafe driver, bad listener, and has a poor baby ethic. She has 5 adult children so I don't know how she made it through life. Wednesday I had a massage. Thursday I went grocery shopping and then to Kohl's to return a couple of books I bought off of Amazon, and then for a walk. I only got one walk in this week. Friday I filled out a couple of complaint forms against two of my former caretakers and mailed them. Diedre wasn't feeling well so she couldn't take me to the marina. I'm reading a theology book on The Holy Spirit. It's very good. I'm also reading two books by Balzac. I'm going to try to sell 6 of my books to a used bookstore. I'm quickly running out of room in my bedroom for all these books. John is still struggling financially. He's sending money to his boyfriend Marley in Nashville but he's behind on paying rent to Leslie. Leslie is causing me a lot of wreckage and I don't know how to fix it. I bought an infraction journal to keep track of my caretakers mistakes. I bought a Kelly Green short sleeve Steampunk T-shirt with a crow on the front but it hasn't arrived yet. My diet is still terrible and I don't know how to fix it. For this upcoming week I have a chiropractor appointment on Monday. I'm still using medicated foot pads to extract toxins from my system.

Hey Regmo~ Congrats on spending time on the course that you shared about with us. It’s good that you feel it’s been written well. That makes it a little easier… That’s also good that you were able to interview another new caretaker so quickly. And that they agreed to the position. Hopefully for you, all the things & feelings that you find you don’t care for about her, will tone down enough that it doesn’t cause too much future conflict… Outside of that it sounds like you had a productive week of shaving, massage time, grocery shopping, returns, & getting a walk in, as well as keeping up with your interests & hobbies… Finding the right diet for yourself can be a challenge at times depending on what you want to do or what you have to work with. And I know in your situation it can be difficult because you’re unable to make your foods… but perhaps just focusing on the healthiest snacks, drinks, & ingredients that you can & do have for now can help. Small steps… until you can take bigger ones. Every small step & small start helps and adds up to better change over time. Thanks for checking in to share this week and keep us updated on how things are moving along.~

@PoliteOcean

Not been the best of weeks picked up a niggly injury at work. It isn't particularly painful but due to the impact forces being 5 fold more when running it has stopped me running. I'm a creature of habit, not enjoying the disruption and also missing the endorohins. At least it will improve and I'll get back to normal just a little frustrated as it seems to be one thing after another recently.

Hey there~

It’s great to have you check in with us this week inspite of it not being one of the greatest ones for you.

It’s definitely so difficult when we are separated from our “Soulmate workouts” due to injury… I think the most challenging part is the “waiting” of it all. Especially when it not only affects the physical, but also our Mental & emotional state as well… But it’s good for you that it isn’t feeling painful overall. And sounds like it just needs some rest time?!

I totally get being a “creature of habit”. (My workouts & meals are like being in the movie “Groundhog Day”!) … But When we enjoy what we like it can surely be frustrating when that schedule & personal normalcy of our routines gets disrupted.

Hopefully you find the road to healing & recovery to be a short one for you going forward. And please continue to keep us updated on how things are going. We are here for you! And thank you again for sharing with us this week.

How has this last week of the Month gone for you?... And what are your plans or intentions for this last weekend ahead?!  It's been a rollercoaster.  I am having problems with movers.  It's very complicated.  I still don't have a mover yet.  My newish boss also told me that the condo where they had planned to put me up in, while being trained in another city, has a 'no pets' rule.  He is working on it.  The apartment where I want to move to does this verifying check on a phone, and my phone isn't taking it.  I  am going to call the apartment people Monday to see if they can help me somehow.  It all makes me feel sick.

💗This is our "4TH & FINAL" Check-in for "FEBRUARY"~... As we turn the last page & complete the 2nd Chapter of the year, How are you feeling about this past Month & how it personally went for you Overall?... What is One small "Win" or something that you feel you made Progress in for yourself this month, that you can continue to take into the New Month ahead?!  It looks like I'm in the last steps of being hired for a job.  But it isn't an easy onboarding.  I have to move to another state.  I'll be there for a little over a week, and then I'll drive to another city 4 hours away, where I'll be house for training for 3 weeks.  My cat is coming with me.  Complicated.

💕 If you could put your own "Definition" of What Healthy Living has been for you so far this year, What would or could you write about it for yourself?... (There are never any Wrong answers)!  getting lots of rest

💗JUST FOR FUN: If you could choose "One" Celebrity that you "Think" you look like, OR, Have been told that you "Resembled", WHO would it be?!  Valerie Bertinelli

💕What were your "Highlights or Struggles" of the week?... How were you able to work through your Challenges in a Healthy Way?!  I kept up with my psych meds and slept a lot.

Hey there Tree~

Sounds like you had quite a week with everything in preparations for your upcoming new job. (And another new move).

It can definitely make for a stressing time depending on all that’s involved. But can also be an exciting time as well once things start to flow & come together. So hopefully for you things begin to fall into place with the movers, with the condo, & with the phone verification process.

It definitely sounds like quite a training process as well?!... What is your new job title going to be?!

Getting lots of rest when we need it in a positive way, is definitely a good Healthy Living practice. As well as staying on track & keeping up with your Psych meds. All of that combined together is so important physically, mentally and emotionally. Good for you. And great job.

Valerie Bertinelli~ oh how fun! She always been quite the beauty. Nice!

Thanks for checking in to share your week with us Tree. We hope you continued to keep us updated on how everything is continuing to go with the job & move. We know with so much going on that you may not always have time to stop by, but please continue to let us know how things are progressing!

Hey there~

It sounds like you are doing what you can to live your life in a healthy way by working through things & issues in the best that you are able to!

Despite the Struggles & issues you had, it’s great that you were able to work with & had the help & support of others. Between both the doctor as well as Community mental health, it sounds like you were in good hands. And Sometimes we need the help & support of others in order to continue to live in the healthiest & most manageable ways that we can. So great job to you there in seeking help & support when it was needed most.

Also amazing job to you on continuing to put in efforts to eat in healthier ways. It sounds like you are taking some great small steps to help get you started there. You are doing a wonderful job. Continue to keep up the good work! 👍🏼

And thank you for checking in to share your week with us. Please continue to keep us updated on how you’re doing.
