Knotted Friendship Bracelets
This is another one of my therapeutic hobbies! I love making knotted friendship bracelets out of embroidery floss. You can also use yarn, craft string, anything you have. I started with yarn. :)
I wear the majority of them too! I have some the represent friends of mine, some represent things in my life, and some I just think are pretty!

Both of these creators teach step by step how to make the bracelets, and they do the best job out of anyone else explaining how to do things. Masha also has two books which I love. Once you learn how to read patterns, you can go to braceletbook.com and they have thousands of patterns you can make, a lot of them along with pictures other creators have posted!

Thank you! You should try it. I find it to be relaxing, it's inexpensive and there's thousands of patterns. I highly recommend getting a clipboard or bracelet jig to do them on. Both are cheap!

You should! I learned on yarn. I think it's much easier that way and they still come out pretty!
Not at all! The creators I mentioned explain it in such a way that makes it easy to understand. It's easier if you begin to learn on yarn first but using the floss is easy too.

Oooh I love these!! Aren't they fun to make? What do you use to hold them down while you make them? I'm always looking for new ideas!
I use a clipboard with ruller measurements drawn on. It is the easiest way for me to visualise how long the bracelet is.

I just looked at her YouTube channel and she has beautiful designs! At the moment I just use bracletbook and pintrest so it is good to hear about another option 😁
