Gratitude

Gratitude plays a vital role in promoting positive mental health.
Taking a moment each day to reflect on the things we are thankful for can significantly impact our well-being. I am writing a gratitude journal to see how grateful I am. ✨
What about you all? Are you guys too having gratitude journals? 😍

It is a game changer to focus our attention on what we have rather than on what we lack. It reminds me of a stoic practice where you do negative visualization. Take something in your routine that you have, imagine that it is gone in detail and how it impacts your life. The goal is to enjoy what you have before its taken

Your commitment to a gratitude journal is truly heartwarming and inspiring! It's a beautiful practice to take a moment each day to reflect on the things we're thankful for, as it can indeed bring a positive shift to our well-being.
I must admit, I haven't started a gratitude journal yet, but your message has sparked a wonderful idea. It's a reminder of the importance of appreciating the small joys and moments that often go unnoticed in the hustle of daily life. Your dedication to this practice radiates positivity, and I'm genuinely touched by your initiative.
I'm grateful to have encountered your message today, as it serves as a gentle nudge to embrace gratitude more consciously. Your enthusiasm is contagious, and I can't help but feel inspired to embark on my own gratitude journal journey.
Wishing you continued joy and fulfillment as you document the many blessings in your life. May your gratitude journal be filled with moments that warm your heart and bring a smile to your face. Thank you for sharing your beautiful practice with us!

I am happy to have made you happy 🤍
I go back and forth with this. I easily forget but usually get back to it eventually. I write it in my notes in my phone or here on 7cups in the gratitude thread. 🩷 It is truly game changing. Sometimes I need to adjust it if I struggle with writing "I am grateful for", then I write "today I..." And write something positive I did that day to give myself a boost. Or, I write something I look forward to. Just to switch it up.

I am grateful for having my physical and mental health intact, as well as having the means to take care of myself, and being able to finally pursue and almost complete my higher education.

yesssss!!! I am into gratitude journaling. I keep mine pretty and virtual. I can write on the same folder, the same document even if I travel and it feels safe doing it virtually. It is more accessible for me. Habit of gratitude has been working so well for me (doing it for more than 7/8 years). it's almost like seeing things as it is and appreciating whatever happens in life even if we have to go through ups and downs in life.
