@BPDBadee
Wow, this is very detailed and explained very well. I like this strength of yours. "My ability to go with the flow can help you navigate life's inevitable ups and downs. I can use this to reduce stress and find peace in uncertain situations." That is not something I am always strong at in my personal life. So, I always admire people who can go with the flow and adapt easily.
@Hope
What were the main things you learned about yourself?
I have learned that I have grown more extroverted over the years when I was a heavy introvert. It surprises me as I am not very people-oriented in a social way, but I can see areas where I have increased in extrovertedness. I'm not surprised by the open-mindedness. I have learned a lot on this website about other cultures, thoughts, opinions, and perspectives. Even when I am not able to agree with someone's views, I have been open to hearing them and validating the person. I think we need more of this in the world within reason, of course. I like to see that I am agreeable. "You are highly compassionate, considerate, and naturally cooperative."
What are your strengths as per the test and how can the strengths you identified on both tests help you in your personal life?
My highest were Agreeableness, Conscientiousness, and Open-Mindedness. I think these can help in my life by building deep and meaningful relationships and helping others feel valued and understood. It's one of the biggest gifts we can give to people. I also see this helping me set and achieve goals and be disciplined when navigating challenges while also being reliable in the work I do. Additionally, I see this helping me have an openness to other's different perspectives and opinions and grow my insights.
1) I recently started writing myself letters and it made me realise that I sometimes over analyze things which is good cause I end up thinking, not just thinking but considering other but sometimes I just out myself. Got to work on that
2)I am empathetic and analytical which makes me understand other better and efficiently.
@SomeoneWhoListen
Empathy and being analytical are amazing traits to have. The practice of writing letters to ourselves is a powerful and amazing practice to engage in. I am proud of you for taking the time out of your day and putting the effort into this practice! I am also delighted to hear that you gained more insights about yourself. I hope that you put yourself first 💗.
@Hope
What were the main things you learned about yourself? "I learned that I'm highly conscientious, organized, and goal-oriented, but I can be reserved in social situations."
What are your strengths and how can they help you in your personal life? "My conscientiousness helps me stay focused on goals, while my openness allows me to adapt and grow. These strengths help me navigate challenges and stay disciplined."
@Hope
What were the main things you learned about yourself?
I learned that I fall in a sweet spot between introversion and extroversion, leaning more toward being extroverted. I feel that the Big 5 was able to capture my sort of in-between nature.
I also felt validated as I am someone who cannot survive without structure and has high standards as I complete my tasks.
It also feels good to learn from both tests that empathy is a key strength of mine. I knew that being an empath was my superpower, and it feels great knowing this.
I also scored high on conscientiousness. My friends, classmates, and family see me as someone reliable and praise my carefulness.
I learned that I struggle with negative Emotionality and that I feel stressed by challenges.
What are your strengths as per the test and how can the strengths you identified on both tests help you in your personal life?
As per the test, my strengths are
Open mindedness
I am extremely imaginative and open to new experiences.
Conscientiousness
I thrive on structure, discipline, and completing tasks to a high standard.
Extraversion
I am friendly and sociable, but I also appreciate occasional quiet moments.
Agreeableness
I am generally cooperative and empathetic but can assert my needs when necessary.
I feel that my discipline and love for structure can be leveraged to ensure that I get work done to the best of my ability; however, I should be mindful of my tendency to have unrealistic standards.
My friendliness, sociability, and empathy can help me relate to others' experiences and create meaningful connections. Through my openness to new experiences and my ability to cooperate with others, I can reduce my tendency to stress as long as I learn to let go of perfectionism.

✒️ What were the main things you learned about yourself?
—Hm, the main thing i learned about myself through this test was that i prefer solitary activities or one-on-one conversations.
✒️ What are your strengths as per the test and how can the strengths you identified on both tests help you in your personal life?
— My strength as per this test is that I am highly dependable, efficient and attentive to detail and this helps me validate my feelings!
@wishfulashx That’s such a lovely reflection. 🤍 One-on-one conversations can be so powerful. There’s something special about those deeper, more personal connections. And being dependable and detail-oriented is such a gift, especially in spaces where people need to feel seen and supported. It’s great that you’re also able to validate your own feelings through these strengths—that kind of self-awareness is so important. You're doing amazing 🌱
Aw, thank you! This message was so super sweet! You are doing amazing too and i hope you have a wonderful day!!💗💗
@wishfulashx
those are good traits to have
✒️ What were the main things you learned about yourself?
Taking the Big 5 test helped me see things from a more grounded angle. I scored high in Extraversion, Agreeableness, and Conscientiousness, which aligns with how I show up for others, outgoing, warm, dependable, and someone who enjoys being part of a supportive space. I did score a bit higher in Neuroticism than expected, which reminded me how important it is to keep checking in with myself emotionally, especially when I’m focused on supporting others.
✒️ What are your strengths as per the test, and how can the strengths you identified on both tests help you in your personal life?
The mix of high Agreeableness and Extraversion reflects how much I value connection and communication, both things that shine through in my ENFJ personality, too. These strengths help me build meaningful relationships, whether it’s in personal life or here in the 7 Cups community. Being conscientious also means I’m pretty organized and dedicated, which helps me stay consistent and reliable, especially in leadership roles. The emotional awareness from the ENFJ side, combined with the Big 5 traits, feels like a good foundation for growth, empathy, and encouraging others.
@SherifRiad This is a very introspective and self-aware interpretation of your results, I think you've mentioned things that do fit well into your mentioned strengths. I wish you well moving forward and I believe you will be able to use this information to further better yourself.
