Leadership ABCs
Hi everyone! Let's play a fun game. We will complete the English alphabet by using each alphabet to mention something/someone who has relevance to the leadership program or leadership in general. To play the game, look at the last response to the post and pick the next letter! Once we reach Z, we will start again!
U - Understanding of others situations
V - Volunteers!! Some of the strongest leaders are those whose passion stems from volunteering!
W - Be willing to change. Often the people leaders work with have some strong ideas. The leader being willing to be flexible can be the difference between harmony and working together or being fragmented and ineffective as a team.
