No.
Pineapple on pizza is a sacrilege. So is BBQ sauce. If I had the power to decree & enforce laws, it would be illegal to make pizza with pineapple slices, juice, anything from the fruit. Anyone who did so would pay a hefty fine for the first offense & possibly jail time & paddling of the feet for repeated offenses....no, I'm not kidding.
Chicken on pizza is not a sacrilege but comes close, depending on if & how it's spiced before putting it on prior to baking.
Yes, I am a traditionalist & not ashamed of it...when it comes to food, anyway. In Italy they have specific rules as to how pizza is prepared. I like their rules because they are why Italian pizza is as good as it is.
@slowdecline48
😅🤣 I'm having mental image of me facing jail time and paddling of the feet now. I like how you stand for something you believe in, btw!
@ouiCherie If you find my comments funny, great. Tell that to Conan O'Brien. I tried to get on his show for years, back when most people still watched TV... But seriously, if I made you laugh then that was my good deed for the day. If I believed in karma, I would say I'm a bit less likely to return in my next life as a dung beetle.
@slowdecline48 it wasn't just a good deed. It's a witty refreshing good deed! 😊🤗
@Hope of course it should!
@Hope
No, absolutely not, but it totally should go on burgers.
heckkk no!
@CallumCares421 Thank you. It's so good to meet someone else in here who understands. 👋
@Hope
Pineapple on Pizza - good question, and there will be a variety of opinions as answers!
i would give pineapples the "yes!" and "can i have another slice?" response for a pizza topping, its a very different, acquired taste, so if you try it and you don't like it, its all good 😊
