I realize I live a boring life or just don't have a lot to do as a sahm. My browser is the most used app of mine because of 7 Cups. This is where most time is spent for me. I can deactivate my social media account and take a break, easily. But aside from 7 Cups, I am not glued to my phone. I keep my emails organized and cleared and no one emails me. It's all bills, appointments, etc and who really wants to check that? 😂

🫡 pretty much anything can wait so here's hoping removing the sense of urgency through disciplined checks will be a relief.

this was good idea as we forget to check emails  and then get overwhelmed with how many there be after a few days. so this really good idea we trying as will be good for our mental and emotional health. we do not have many PMs at all so that not really apply to us.

This one is hard for me I have to check my emails and keep up with work, personal emails. I work different shifts different days and changes every week. There isn’t any stability in my work schedule. The best I can do is tell myself I’m going to spend 15 minutes here or there and try to find time to get to it. As of the beginning of January I made a goal not to check work emails on my off days.

My emails are already set up that a lot go into the junk box and then they get deleted. Mose important emails I to the inbox and I might check it once a week or whenever I remember lol
