Daily Check-In June 30th to July 2nd 2025

Emotional Stability is defined as being able to manage emotions effectively and being able to stay calm under pressure. It is defined as finding a way to build a relationship with our emotions, understanding the emotions and facing challenges in a calm manner.

Resilience is when we are thrown a curve-ball and how we bounce back in a calm manner to accet the turn of events. The challenges are opportunities of growth meaning we learn how to deal with them. Comsistencyis a emotional stability because we all have ups and down buut a emotionalstable person has a hold on their mood swings and behavioral patterns.

Healthy Coping mechanisms are when we are faced with stress or diifucult emotions and are able to grasp the problem by using a method to work them out. Life events and environmental factors influence our life's journey.

feeling our emotions still new to us in many ways we numbed them most our life to just  stay safe to feel and to voice our feelings was not allowed and punishments  for that was given

we trying to learn the ways to identify  the emotions we feeling as that can be very hard too so for now the coping skills we using is just to allow us to feel and accepted  what we feeling not 2nd guessing due to what others did when we said what we was feeling

I have to admit I struggle with this. Its hard to identify emotions and even harder to communicate them. I'm trying to learn but it's been slow going.

I process the moment . then I think deeply of what’s wrong with me ( not like the negative things more like why am I sad, mad, etc) then I evaluate why I’m feeling this way and what can I do to calm myself down (e.g self care, doing something fun to forget abt the situation, etc) when I’m ready to resolve the situation ( if there is one) I think of how I’m going to resolve it and then use those thoughts and apply it to when I resolve the situation

leave. Take time away. Try distance and distraction. Really goes badly when if a person in particular refuses to to leave you alone.

Emotional stability, easier in some circumstances but appears impossible in others. A challenge on par with asking someone to continue and no longer require oxygen. It’s like at a point you are submerged and ant the worst any oxygen tank is removed.

Usually deep breathing and listening to music helps. I also tend to talk longer walks.
