Emotions and feelings are not the same thing. Emotions are Emotions are real and come from sensations in our body. It is healthy to feel emotions. Feelings are influenced by our emotionsbut feelings come from our mental thoughts.
Emotions come from the reaction to something that happens to us whether happy, scared, mad or sad they are emotions. When we listen to our emotions it helps us connect with something we are going through. How we feel goes with our body's emotion.
Emotions can be confusing at times because we feel complicated and messy. How we use our emotions shows we are human. Feelings are how we experience a emotion. Feelings can be emotional and physical experiences.
Feelings can help us connect with others. We can be sad, angry, depressed and happy it is how we use our feelings that define us. It can help our well-being by being able to reflect on emotions.

I'm a sensitive person, so I get emotional a lot. I'm learning to stay calm, meditate, feel what I feel, then try to move on. I try not to let my feelings get in the way of my life, but it is not always easy.

Happy Independence Day!
When having doubts about something someone said to me, I will let them know provided I feel it's important to make that point and they are approachable. If I feel someone says things not really knowing what they say, like when there is a possibility that they suffer from dementia or so, I would rather be quiet and not say anything to prevent that they feel scared or confused about themselves.
My emotions make me human. I experience a lot of different emotions throughout the day. It is about feeling your emotions and accepting them as they are.
Yes, I am able to express my emotions in a healthy way.

emotions cause trouble. But then so do thoughts. Thoughts maybe a byproduct of feelings?
Second question, answer. No
when the teaching of CBT , crosses with DBT. Wise mind, etc, thoughts shape emotions.
Clarification of the difference between emotions and feelings, a question i asked and most professionals couldn’t answer. Really complicates the teachings of a specific therapy type, even more so if you merge them all together.
The intrinsic nature of thoughts and feelings and the consequential impact on a person themselves it’s complicated.
Sorry I overthink post such replies.
Question A) trouble
question B) no

How do your emotions play a role in everday life?
being bipolar we seem to bounces a lot in our emotions this can be very hard at times it plays a big role in our daily life.
Are you able to express your feelings to others when your having doubts about something?
not really we have a hard time with feelings as far as feeling them and being able to put them into words. we seem to not really a lot of times label what we feeling into words others can understand
