Unlocking your inner thoughts through meditation means to learn to observe your inner mind and unlocking them without judgement. When you anchor your breathing you can better breathe and create a dsitance between mental cluttering, allowing yourself deep inner thinking, and bringing clarity to the surface.

Negative thoughts and overthinking do not define who you are. They are patterns in how you think. When meditating you can release those negative thoughts and overthinking by relaxing in a comfortable psoition and thinking inside your head.

Meditation is the most powerful tool to do this with. You get to the inner core of the thoughts and work out solutions to handling the negativity and overthinking. Meditation is about observing those thoughts without being attached to them.

Powerful tips for overthinking:

Sit in a comfortable position and breathe: Sitting 5 minutes a day and concentrating on your breathing in through the nose and out through the mouth can relax you into seeing the inner thoughts.

Practice loving-kindness meditation: negative thoughts ome from self-criticism and judgment. Sit comfortably and wish thos negative thoughts to go away while practicing your breathing exercises. Say phrases like " I will be happy after the exercises". Practice sedlf-compassion to yourself.

Create a space for stillness: while doing your breathing exercises, feel how you are releasing tension, anxiety, and depression. Begin to focus on bringing yourself to the present form, the now.

Observe without judgement: One important key in meditation is learning to observe how you are thinking and feeling. When a negative arises do act on it, think of how to calm yourself down.

Overcoming negative thoughtsand overthinking is a process we all need to stop doing. We need to take a few minutes to look into that feeling and find a solution to having negativity go away. By practicingmeditation you begin to come back to the present state of form your in andnot allow those negative thoughts to control you.

Hello Pam, how are you today? As well as can be I hope?
Thank you for this wonderful post, this information will be extremely helpful to a great many people.
I have a little side project going on here, it is a series of discussion posts and in it I cover brief, power enhancing meditations, talismans as support objects and positive affirmations.

I believe that through meditation we can look past the surface troubles that affect the mind and thoughts and look deeper within to re-discover the strengths and abilities that we knew, and had, before our "troubles" began. Hopefully, then, we might be able to bring them back to the fore.
Namaste,
D.
