What's something (besides your phone) that you take with you everywhere and why?

I always have a peppermint chewing gum or fisherman's friend with me because sometimes I get a dry cough.

I'm never without my asthma meds and an epipen for obvious health safety but for my own comfort I always have a book or Kindle with something to read. Oh and my dogs, one is an assistance dog and the other is in training.

@Rainboho

Good that you keep yourself safe and nice that you have support dogs. What are their names if I may ask?

Well, beyond my phone.... I have other ECDs - cotton hankies (one clean and one not so clean), a pocket knife, and some small plastic bags in case I walk the dog in town. No keys, because I leave the house open and my car as well. If outside, I will have some change, a credit card and driver's license

@Fradiga

It seems that you're feeling very safe where you live so you  leave the home and car open. Nice that you take bags with you when walking the dog!

Taking ECDs with you is a great idea and very helpful if you need emergency medical attention.

Actually, since my phone cover is clear, I have a folded note inside with "In case of accident" written on it. Inside, there is my name, the people to call, medical information, etc... After all I am an elder and could have an accident

There's nothing I take everywhere. I'm 51% INTJ and 49% ENTP so I get bored easily and need to be mixing things up all the time.

The closest thing that comes to being something I bring everywhere are a pair of sunglasses and some lip SPF and balm, but it's never everywhere.

But for the most part I'm random; maybe I'll hit a park and beach without a single thing (Other than my dress accidently tucked into my bathing suit bottoms that one time...shoutout random person who pulled over to let me know.), or I'll do a massive expedition errand spree with items I've decluttered and need to donate, water jugs that need refilling, grocery bag/bags, debit/credit/cash, sunglasses, a hat, laundry, a list, and maybe a bike or longboard to speed up the process and add some fun with plans to hit up this, that or the other, with two contingency plans.

Good idea to protect your eyes and lips from the sun when needed.

Would you describe yourself as a person "I take it as it comes"? 😊

@amiablePeace77

Kind of. I'm leveled up with all the right things, tools and skills. But when it comes to my emotions I shut them down and focus elsewhere.

Unfortunately this protective reflex loads some inner Lord of the Rings catapult with a hair trigger that then can go off at any given inopportune moment.

Needless to say this causes and has caused major damage. Sometimes damage upon damage. So learning to release and integrate this is priority.
