I find acceptance by reminding myself that there are good things I did and do in my life, that I can work on things that need improvement and that no one is perfect.

I believe if you realise that reason is the essence of reality from which truth and understanding emerges, it follows that everything will make sense in time. It is inevitable. Therefore you should radically accept things for what they are rather than deny them. Denial will only lead to pain and suffering. Of course there will be ebbs and flows for that is the nature of time, but ultimately everything is improving. It's okay to make mistakes and question things, that's what makes us human. But never forget to be accepting of yourself and the way things are.

begrudgingly accepts what’s required to achieve radical acceptance.
just because you accept something doesn’t mean you are ok with it nor do you agree or like it. Very similar to validation in lots of ways .
How do you accept yourself?
By reminding myself that I am not perfect. No ody is perfect. (Talking to myself positively/positive self talk). And it's okay to make mistakes in life.
What do you do to accept the positive and negatives you encounter?
I accept the positives by rewarding myself.
I try to learn from my negatives. This will help me grow.
@pamharley003 Self acceptance is important for living.
