What were some good things that happened for you so far this year?
Something good that happened for me this year is that I could reconnect with an old friend. I reached out and almost instantly got a reply. There was so much to talk about!

okay, so! one good thing that happened to me this year was finally applying to music universities. last year i didn’t know what i wanted to study, i was insecure, lost… but this month has been a huge change for me and i am so happy with my applications and undergraduate choices♡
another good thing that happened to me this year was spending time with my grandmother after not seeing her for over a year. we had a great time!
well, those are my highlights. remember: the year is just starting, people! i hope everyone reading this has an amazing 2023.

I am trying to make mindfulness part of my life by integrating it into my daily activities.

I think that's what mindfulness is really about soul, not just sitting on the cushion but applying it in all what we do during the day. I'm learning and practising too.

Creative writing sounds very interesting, any particular genre?
I like writing the sappy love scenes lol
So far the class is lots of fun!! We had to write about one of our dreams using “descriptive words to show, not tell” so I naturally picked my favourite dream about my boyfriend
@amiablePeace77- also reached out to an old friend simply by updating my address book (old fashioned written down) We have had similar paths and it was wonderful hearing how well she is flourishing.

for me the best thing happened to me this year is finding your group (mindfulness) and it introduced me to this peaceful feeling and how to be fully present or just present more. its new to me and i felt great about it
