When was the last time you were happy and content? What was that like for you, Optimisticmpath? I would love to hear about you, if that would be okay with you.
@Amelia2324 I agree we need to let go of past to make space for present and future.
I feel happy sometimes a day but it doesn't last very long lol 😊 haven't felt content in quite a while though ☹ Thankyou for asking, I appreciate it ❤

Thanks for letting me know how you feel. I agree so much how hard it is to let go of the past things. I understand exactly how you feel, with one day being happy and then the next day not being happy. I also go throught that myself; so, I truly understand what you are saying. I get how you haven't felt content in quite some time now. Would you feel like sharing more of that with me? If you feel up to it, it is great. If not, it is totally ok and there is no pressure. I am just caring about you, Optimisticmpath. 
It is very nice to get to talk/share back and forth with you.
Is there anything that I can do that would maybe help you in any way?

Last time I felt comfortable was yesterday,today maybe tomorrow. Because of these one member who i love her so so much. She is enthusiastic person. She should become a listener too. I would be there for her and she also be there for me. She is the best. A person who never fail to impress me. She always boost me up. She is going through rough time but still she care about me. I am thankful to have her. I love you my friend @sociableJackfruit3877😇
Last time I felt comfortable was inside the womb. Because I was just transfused and sleeping. Anyway thanks for Breaking my bond with my transfusion. Comfortable? In this society? 🤔🧐🤔 Give me some more years to find out.
Last time I felt comfortable was one of the last few days talking to my partner. They helped me feel heard and validated about something I was nervous expressing.

The last time I felt comfortable was a few days ago when me and my cousins were vibing in my room late at night and they tried to overtake my bed. I told them no no you guys are not sleeping in my bed go over there and I gave them some stuffed animals cuz that's why they like my bed. I have like 20 stuffed animals.
Last time I felt comfortable was This morning because I had a quiet morning and my cat came for hugs :)
Something felt good and happy.
