On really hot days I stay inside in the air conditioning and read in front of a big picture window looking out into nature and our garden. I have asthma, so the heat and humidity make breathing difficult for me.

Hi Maple good to see you. Oh dear asthma can get in the way of alot of summer things. Wow I can see you sitting by the big window and being mindful of nature and out doors. But also getting into a really good book while bring cool in AC.

I take a nice cold shower before going to school then after school, once I finish all my homework, I go for a swim at the beach❤

Hot days - avoid being outside in the sun after a certain time, drink lots of water and some herbal tea (peppermint or lemongrass which have cooling effects), do not eat warm food but different kinds of salad, enjoy a few hours aircon at night

Yes definitely drink lots of water. During the Summer I drink 4 (80 oz.) Of water a day and sometimes more. 🤗🤗!!!!

PeeeaaacceeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeI hear you on only going out on certain hours as that sun is not nice. I too love certain teas when hot. It feels Im cooler. It sounds like you are used to summer days and very mindful of what works. Good job! Keep staying cool

It's so hot here!!!! Yesterday it was 111 temperature.
Today was 109 temperature.😎😎👒👒!!!!
I stayed in doors with the air conditioning. And watch some You Tube.
