Mindfulness Daily Check-In June 5, 2018

Hello everyone and happy Tuesday! How is everyone doing today?

As we all know, 7 Cups of Teas birthday is here! This wonderful community has grown, expanded, and improved immensely as well as helped provide a great amount of support and understanding for a ton of people all over the world (including myself)! I am very thankful for being a part of this wonderful community, and I would like to wish 7 Cups of Tea a very special happy birthday!

Speaking of birthdays, they are a wonderful reminder for us that we are another year wiser as we have now added another year onto our life full of all types of memories, experiences, knowledge, and more. Birthdays are such fun to celebrate, especially if we are able to celebrate them the way that we would like. Although, it is not always possible to have our ideal birthday, it is quite pleasant to think of what we would love to do on our ideal birthday!

For instance, for my ideal birthday, I would love to just go on an extended vacation across the world to just explore and visit every aquarium possible. I have loved marine biology, oceanography, and aquariums overall since I was extremely young. And so, it has always been my dream to visit every aquarium in the world. Of course, this is not a reasonable or possible birthday wish for me at the moment, but I like to hope that I one day will be able to slowly achieve my ideal birthday!

Therefore, I would love to hear what your ideal birthday would be if you had no worries, limits, struggles, and more. What would you do? Where would you go and who with?
