One strategy I use to stay calm during the day is.....
Nothing😜😜. I just wait for anxiety to go. Don't have a well planned strategy 😇😇😇.
Be disciplined, and plan out my day.
I listen to classical music and nature sounds.
I take a walk in a park.
I workout.
I talk to my listeners here, who help me vent out my fears, and offer solutions to it. 7 cups is the best .💜💜🌞
Just do something new everyday and something that you love everyday and you'll feel calmed.💜💜
Guided imagery, wrapping up in a blanket, using a heating pad, drinking a warm beverage, listening to soothing music.
Lately, at least in therapy sessions, I've been practicing giving myself permission to check in with my emotions and feel them - usually I end up crying - then I end up self-soothing in one way or another afterward. I might practice offering myself compassion for experiencing such intense and painful emotions, in the future once I'm more practiced at feeling my emotions, instead of repressing them.
Idk I just try to tell myself something positive
I often find myself doing breathing exercises without noticing it
Music
I like to sleep it off, if I'm in public then I take deep breaths.
I go outside and feel the sun.
I listen to meaningful music or sit in complete silence.
I remind myself that everything changes.
Love. Love another, love myself, love one another, or give secret unrequited love.
Something that helped me in the past few weeks were meditation and NoFap.
I think I used porn and masturbation as an escape from my problems without even knowing it.
Sometimes I am failing on both, I don't meditate for a few days or I am watching porn again, but I am still improving and trying to ban porn and masturbation completely from my life.

Sounds like you are connecting well with your own, inner sacred heart by tuning in and being aware and surrounding yourself with others on the same journey. Best wishes on your journey.
