ahhh!! i am so proud of you 💜💜 it was something i thought of on the spot (probably thought of many times before by many different people, but i'll take credit for it this time around hehe).. definately not everyone's cup of tea, but i am so happy you atleast gave it ago. i thought it had alot to do with encouraging deep reflection and even some forgiveness. however, revisiting the past can be a drop tricky, which is why i think it's a perfect challange!!

Ive seen a lot of write to your future self challenges (and coincidentally...wrote one to future me about 4yrs ago) but never did one to past me before! Thank you for the idea 🤍
