Learning not to be so self conscious or self aware, that it's OK if people don't like me, but it's not OK to think that everyone does not like me. Came to work wearing something out of the norm today; it's a beautiful dress and I would normally shy away from wearing it; but I thought sod it; I like it so I'm wearing it - big step for me and made me feel stronger.
