I have pain to. Damaged discs in my back and neck. It get's tough. At least I can still go to the gym........well, not now since it's shut down by the virus. I miss it
@hardworkingBeechwood6382 That sounds like it's really frustrating. I hope you are able to find some ways you can do smaller exercises at home. Hopefully, this will all pass sooner rather than later.
