Today, I have learned about "Grief". I had overcome with grief when my younger brother and one of my relatives had passed away simultaneously. In those days, I didn't know how to control myself, I don't know why it had happened to me. I have taken a year or more to reorgnize my self. I wish I had learned this guide at that time. Anyway, I am in "New Normal" by now. I wish I can help someone using this guide. Thank you ,7 Cups team and the community.
