Just completed the break-up self-help guide. It's so useful! The stuff about automatic thoughts is similar to work I've done before in CBT but I wouldn't have thought to use it in this situation. I CAN get through this heartbreak. Even though the relationship was over before it really began (he didn't want to commit) I still have to grieve over the future we'll never have together and that's ok. It's ok to cry and feel sad. These feelings will pass and I'll know I'll come out the other side stronger. :)
