But spirtuality is the power which help you to continue in doing your job in life...for example I am a muslim ....My religion teaches me about god , universe , prophets and tells me how to live life better and give me answers for my questions ...but spirtuality I took it from praying and feeling that I have a god giving me power and help to face difficulties everyday.....it is in your heart.
