Small Beginnings for Big Ideas!

We all start with the smaller steps. While SMART goal setting involves ensuring our goals are framed for achievement, the small steps and milestones matter too.
What is one big idea/achievement that you experienced after a smaller beginning?
@SoulfullyAButterfly
my job for sure! I worked hard and got the dream job i aleays wanted
@magicalOcean594 congratulations for getting there!
@SoulfullyAButterfly
thank you butterfly!
@SoulfullyAButterfly Not sure if this relates. Well managing different responsibilities. It can be a struggle, but sometimes organizations have to learn when they don't have much support because people get sick. When you are out for a few weeks I say be patient. Things get completed, but can't rush your people to get things completed to get a money bonus in your pocket. Messed up in my opinion. Seems like too much selflessness at the workplace sometimes. What do I know, I don't know everyone's situation in life. The struggle is real.
@MoonLightShadow423 I love this! At 7 Cups every day for the team etc is also a new beginning and what I love about our overall community is also the very encouraging self-care aspect. People are patient and also genuinely supportive. I love how you reflect on how all this is super important for bigger change - we are only able to perform if we feel well. And patience also means to facilitate growth for ourselves and our fellow leaders and users.
I don't have any
@thebeaty27 Hi Beaty, that is alright. Do you have any goals you can think of smaller steps for? That is one way to start if interested
I said NO
My spiritual journey which began 22 years ago as a small step but is today my lifeline...
