Hello! I'm still figuring out how 7cups works, but I look forward to meeting others here and finding support. I'm a college student with depression, and I'm happy to chat with anyone even if it's just for venting.
@RaspberryCityMayor hello, welcome !!:)
@RaspberryCityMayor Ahh! Welcome to 7cups, lovely! I also wanted to let you know that I am proud of you for embracing yourself and joining a wonderful community! I applaud you for your next steps and keep up the great work!
hello everyone!
@gregariousBike2811 Hello, welcome to the community we are glad to have you!:)
@Laura, is there a reason the top points at every level are being excluded? Those who are at Embraced 5 are excluded here, Little Steps 6 from that thread, etc.
Hello, I only joined yesterday and I love 7 Cups. Looking forward to following my path. Good luck to everyone!
@SirRyan84 Welcome Ryan, we are glad to have you part of the community:)
Hello!
I'm really new to the community threads but find 7cups very helpful. Hopefully I can figure out this bit soon :)
All the best to everyone!
@SirRyan84 I just joined on Tuesday. It's pretty easy to get used to! :)

hi :)
Hi! I'm a high school senior with a lot of family stress and moderate depression. I was looking up online therapy and I found 7 cups and I don't regret it! I already made a friend and I can't wait to make more here
My husband has recently been diagnosed with Crohn's disease and it has really impacted my anxiety. Anyone have to deal with something like this?
Hi @vls94
It's not something I have dealt with personally, as in our relationship I am the one with the health issues and I have seen it cause stress for my husband.
I have also seen couples where the health of one affects anxiety disorders in the other.
The Caregiver Section might be a place where you can connect with others dealing with this. https://www.7cups.com/forum/AnxietySupportCommunity_53/ may also be a place you can get support.
On step 20. Cool I guess. I'm supposed to put something I learned in here but I don't really know what to say so I'll just go.
@reservedLion129 anyway, I guess I haven't learned much because I'm still trying to figure out why I'm here but yeah.
@reservedLion129 take your time and see what happens :)
