How has your week been?
for us stressful and somewhat triggering we had surgery on the 6th to remove a kidney stone. this was very stressful for us but also triggering due to the trigger warning sexual abuse we been though so also we have a stent in that place now too.
but the doctor has to go back in on the 22nd to get rest of the kidney stone. that mean another surgery too. we had no family or friends who would stay with us so they kelp us over night. but we could not sleep. so the next one we coming home after it. we not spend the night as we was up other then when they put us out for surgery . almost 40 hours this not good for us at all.
What's something that's felt interesting or engaging lately?
for us our art and learning about others on 7 cups that do arts and write. that connection is very much engaging us.

Hi there, I was thinking about you and wondering how the surgery went. 💜 Sorry that it was triggering and that you have to do it again a second time. 😥 (I hope it was helpful in terms of pain reduction.) 40 hours without sleep sounds pretty intense too. Glad you're able to return home next time and side-step that.
Ooh, are you finding those people who do art/writing in a specific 7 Cups community?

we found some who like and do arts and crafts and writing in chat rooms a few on the the sub community' for writing and reading, poems and hobby one. it nice connecting with others who like doing same things we like doing.
we been resting a lot as it way above normal temp. here right now too. we not use AC so just fans mostly. been in the high 80's and not look like it going to go down much for days. what make it harder is been raining off and on too.

Conversations and associated pleasantries , even for those who hold a special place for within myself. Are difficult if not impossible at times, it leads to negative feelings.
Likely I could do better, actually almost definitely

Grey's Anatomy sounds like a nice way to unwind from all of that. I just pulled up the IMDB and... wow, I didn't realize they're still airing new episodes, 20 years and 22 seasons later. 😮
