My week is exhausting 💚
We are not used to this heat in this part of the world.
And I cannot sleep at all.
Or cool down.

💛 How has your week been so far?
My week has been fairly good so far. A couple rough moments on a few days, but more good than bad. That's always a good thing. 😀
❤️ What are you doing for fun lately?
I've been trading Pokémon cards with the kids and enjoying spending time on the Finch app as a way to bond with my sister. I also watch movies on my phone and that's enjoyable for me. 😀

I've never heard of Finch before--llooked it up and gamified self-care/habits sounds pretty amazing! I'll have to check that out at some point. 😊 Any particular movies you've enjoyed lately?

How has your week been so far?
been hard week ER visit monday after almost passing out so 911 was called then just being tired a lot say psych for med review yesterday' today mostly rested

been playing a matching game on tablet that about it need to get back into doing art more

Oh wow, sounds like a difficult/busy week. I remember you mentioned something similar happening with almost passing out a few weeks ago. Was the home aid around to help this time also?
Any particular art projects you've thought about doing in the future?

Monday was first time she been around when this happened i felt bad as it really scared her a lot too it happened before but mostly at home were i go and just lay down but could not this time as was out at dollar tree with home aid so end up being worst in many ways too we to be very hot this coming week so i have to be even more careful due to that

Yeah, I could see how that would be scary for her if she hasn't seen it before, and how being out limits the types of things you're able to do to recover (or that she's able to do to help when it happens). I hope it doesn't happen too much, or that you're somehow able to prepare ahead of time if you know you're going out and it'll be hot

thanks this week is a heatwave for us i know other places it not be but for us being in high 80's with heat index being at times 104F is very bad for us today we also had high winds and a bad thunderstorm more of that coming too winds gust at one point was 75 mph and i had to go out the store i was in the rain was coming in doors due to how fast it was raining and the wind i had to use my inhaler two times i glad i have my home aid she ran into another store got something i was needing i not planing to go out tomorrow the area under a heat advisory for heat illness until tomorrow night right now it ends at 8pm but could be reissues for later or even few more days and warned if get that to go to ER with only having fans it been very hard so mostly just laying around doing as little as can

Yeah, it suddenly got hot here too and heat index is up to 110F 👀 Stay cool (and dry)!

thank you here we just not use to getting this hot our summer weather mostly low 80's F and below so this heat that been above 84F is really getting to me a lot and with our humidity here it feel way hotter also even the nights not cooling off like they normally do here a lot of the time normally it be like in mid 70's F but cool off to even low 50's F that not happening right now so can not open window at night let cool air in then close in morning

💛 How has your week been so far?… It seemingly again has gone by quick, as it feels like it just started (but I’m not mad about it)!… Otherwise it’s been well overall... Got to come together with some family for a Father’s Day gathering; got some awesome & beneficial news regarding a family member; got our Pool opened just in time for the Summer season & our upcoming Heatwave; & I managed to stay the course in my personal goals~ .
❤️ What are you doing for fun lately?… Prepping for a Trip back to my Hometown up North for the upcoming holiday here next weekend~

And yes, (I havent been back to visit my hometown In well over a decade)😳, So I figured it was about time… I do have some aunts/uncles & cousins that are still there. And a few old friends are still there... So hopefully I’ll get to see some of them. I’m simply looking forward to All the nostalgia.~
