Color Your Season: A 7 Cups Birthday Challenge
As 7 Cups turns 13, we’re reflecting on the seasons of care that shape us.
For this birthday challenge, choose a coloring page that represents the season you’re in right now. Maybe you’re in a season of rest, growth, change, healing, hope, or starting over.
Color it in a way that reflects how that season feels to you. Then share your finished page with a few words about the season you chose and any related reflections.
You can use the categories below to help you:
Bonus Points/More Challenging Creative Ideas:
1) Add a small birthday symbol into your picture - this could be a candle, cup, heart, star, balloon, confetti, or the number 13.
2) Use 13 colors in your submission!
We will curate a gallery of submitted images on July 6, 2026.
Will you be participating? Please show interest in the comments below. We can drop our submissions in the replies OR you can keep it a surprise for the final gallery and choose to mail me your completed submission via ayesha@7cups.com

It's just chaos in my mind. The bright colors are the fleeting happy moments that barely stay. There are many, but I'm afraid they're all a result of me pursuing distractions. I'm overwhelmed with things that I ultimately don't want to do, but I cant help it because atleast I feel good. It's tough to bear this. But to others it seems like I'm fine.
@GrimSox
I really loved the way you have expressed the season you're currently in right now. Also, you are very creative to have added the number 13 so beautifully. Sending strength and more power your way. ❤️

✨ Season of Growth, Hope, Rest, Change & Starting Over ✨
This piece celebrates my season of renewal — where rest meets growth, hope blooms through change, and starting over feels like sunshine after rain. I used 13 colors to show how every shade carries a piece of care and transformation. The cup and confetti mark 7 Cups’ 13th birthday, reminding me that every year brings new beginnings and shared light. 🌈💫
🎂 Happy 13th Birthday, 7 Cups! 🕯️💖 #7CupsBirthdayChallenge #ColorYourSeason #SoulfullyAButterfly #SeasonOfGrowth #HopeAndHealing #NewBeginnings
