Teens: 1:30 PM EST

During this birthday party, we’ll come together to celebrate the heart of 7 Cups and the people who make this community so meaningful.
We’ll have:
- Fun 7 Cups memories and birthday reflections
- Time to celebrate community moments
- Space to share your own 7 Cups or personal accomplishments
- A special reveal of our annual community video and YouTube link
- Birthday cheer as we celebrate #13YearsofCare
Please bring one accomplishment, memory, or moment you’d like us to celebrate with you. It can be something from 7 Cups, your personal life, your growth, your healing, your listening journey, or anything you feel proud of.
Big or small, we want to celebrate you.

I joined 7 cups shortly after the height of COVID as a member. For personal reasons, that account is no longer active, but I retained my listener account and ultimately decided to stick with this side of the site.
Since then, I have earned a Bachelor's degree and held several relatively different jobs within various customer service roles. At present, truthfully, the best way to describe my circumstances would be that I've seen much better days but still try to lift myself up by helping others on this site realize that they aren't alone in whatever they're facing.
