I am looking forward to having many more programs added to 7 Cups of Tea Academy. Secondly, I am proud of myself for completing 4 of its programs namely the 7 Cups internship, LDP, Community Building Course, and Content Development & Marketing. Also, for joining the lightship team. I took a step forward towards my progress by learning various skills due to all these programs. Thank you so much to everyone who made it possible! ❤

Whether it is craft supplies, a new bag, or just a pair of jeans... I am buying things for me because I DESERVE IT! I still feel like that but I am trying my best. I tried writing a new journal diary with positive quotes and poems. I've told her a lot of tough stuff. She is good at respecting my boundaries and somehow knowing when to challenge the boundary I've set. For example: if I'm scared to tell her or my counselor or someone close to me ... that might be fear creating a boundary. So then talking and the two of us deciding if that is a (good/safety type) boundary or if it is a (fear/unfounded type) boundary. Anomalia is continuing to help me to be brave and to know that standing up for myself and what I need is (1) a good thing! and (2) sometimes very needed.
