Hi there. I found 7 Cups tonight and am hoping I'll find some support in getting through what's been the hardest month of my life. I'm here because my anxiety is constant and overwhelming lately, mostly physically. I've been able to fight through it more but it's exhausting and frustrating and I feel so alone all the time. I'm looking forward to making some new connections here.

Hello! Hola! I found 7 Cups as the first google search result for "talk to an online psychologist free". I am really glad I found it. Only by talking to two listeners, I felt less worried about my problems and less stressed. Maybe soon I can be a listener too

Hi there! I've been using 7 Cups for a couple of months now, though I haven't posted in the forum before! I'm here for mostly support with anxiety (mostly social, but it comes out in other ways too) and also my general struggle just to find my place in life. Some things are great, but there are some problems too and it's so easy to feel down about things. I can find talking things over helps me feel better, so I hope to have more chats with the wonderful listeners on this website!

I found someone to talk to, and it felt really nice being listened to, especially cuz I'm usually the one listening to people 😊. Anyway, I feel glad and excited to be here.

I just signed up for 7 Cups today - I subscribed for help managing my anxiety and big emotions. I just moved to a new state where I don't know many people and I'm going through a lot of life changes (searching for a job, searching for a place to live (staying with family now), worried about what the future holds, worried about money & bills, feeling very overwhelmed, etc. Sometimes the anixety gets to be too much and I just shut down and sit on the floor rocking. As a coping mechanism, I thought having a community and online friends to talk with would be helpful to keep me moving forward instead of shutting down. Thanks for reading this & hope to hear from you all soon! (:
