Seasons of Support: Build Our Gratitude Wall!
As part of our Cupsgiving 2025: Seasons of Support celebration, we are taking a moment to pause and reflect. November is often a time for looking back, not just at the big milestones, but at the quiet moments that carried us through.
We know that some years are harder than others. Sometimes, finding gratitude takes a little bit of digging, and that is okay! Whether you are overflowing with thanks or finding comfort in the smallest of things, your gratitude belongs here.
In the spirit of care and connection we share, let’s build a Gratitude Wall together.

Participating is easy! In a reply below, please share:
Share one thing you are thankful for this year. It can be profound, silly, tiny, or life-changing.
(Optional but loved!): Add a picture that represents your gratitude. It could be a photo you took, a gif, or an image from the web that captures the "vibe."
(Also optional but loved!): Tag 2-3 other members to invite them to add their brick to the wall.
Some examples to start you off: Did a specific member support you in a listener chat? Did you discover a new song that lifted your mood? Did you manage to get out of bed on a really hard day? Did you see a really nice sunset?
"Gratitude turns what we have into enough."

Let the building begin!
I'm greatful for Buspirone. It clears my negative thoughts and gives me peace and quiet.
@Heather225 One thing I’m thankful for this year: I’m grateful for the quiet kindness that found me in moments when I didn’t even know how much I needed it. This year reminded me how deeply small gestures can heal whether it came from people onsite, offsite, or within my own family. Their care shaped me in ways I can’t always put into words. Without that kindness, I don’t think I would be the person I am today. Right now, I want to give my sincere thanks to everyone, truly! 💖

@Heather225 This topic gratitude is a topic very sensitive to me and I could go on for pages. One thing I have hated when in day program was when the therapists would say About this being the worst part of the year. For me what I question is why is it that around this time of year you see people all happy, having fun and just stepping out and being free. Why not have this every day of the year. I have had more bad than good and YET everything I have been fortunate to be blessed with outweigh everything. Things can have a silver lining on it its all how we look at things. Always find gratitude every single day regardless how small. Some of mine is: Getting out alive from an abusive relationship, having my church and my mom help me raising my children when I couldnt do it myself, being blessed with having the chance to have shared years with those I love who are no longer here as well as those who still are, I am able to get up every morning dress myself, feed myself, walk despite my health issues. No matter how bad things may get knowing still with all things God is there with me even if I dont acknowledge him at the moment, life, beauty of the world. There is just so much to have gratitude for regardless of the obsticals that confront us each and every day.

I am grateful for two cabinets I got this year. The wood has a fresh smell. Oak and cream colors are pretty. One larger one is used for clothes and the slightly smaller one for books. They make me feel organized and progressing. My belongings feel loved. Im glad I could honor them better. My room feels brighter than before. Maybe one day soon I will create a warm home for myself as well. These cabinets are my symbol of hope.
@cyanessence @PiecesOfWhoeverIWas @SparkyGizmo Inviting you to add to the wall 🙂💛

I am thankful for the challenges and obstacles I have experienced this year. They helped me grow and taught me many lessons. I wouldn't have learned these lessons without going through these challenges.
I'm truly grateful to be listener on 7 Cups, Every person who opens up and share their story with a part of their world, and I don't take that lightly. Thank you!
