The PB & Smalls Awards have been our way of recognizing the outstanding dedication of our listeners and leaders who consistently go above and beyond to support our community. You've all shown incredible empathy, wisdom, and commitment, and we've loved celebrating you.

Now, we want to shine a bright light on another vital part of 7 Cups: you, our members!

To celebrate our members and acknowledge your unique role in strengthening our community, we're excited to introduce a brand new award: the Community Cupcake badge!

She is also a well-known and highly esteemed advocate and champion within the Disability Support community. Affy has a knack for clarifying things with kindness, always ready to lend a hand and ensure others feel heard and understood. Her long-standing commitment and consistent positive impact mean so much to our community. What truly stands out is her diligence and commitment to safety; she's always looking out for everyone's well-being, helping to maintain a secure and nurturing atmosphere for all, driving the heart of the 7 Cups mission and values. We are delighted to honor AffyAvo with this award, a testament to her profound and lasting influence.

If you’ve been out in the forums in the past few years, you’ve likely seen Kiara’s posts. She’s well known for her individual user appreciation threads. I once asked her what her inspiration was for making them, and she told me, “I love loving people. I know these guys are struggling, which is why they’re here. I really want to show people that they’re loved and they matter.” Kiara is a true champion of our members, earning widespread respect and demonstrating the incredible impact individuals can have within our community. She’s also not afraid to show vulnerability and welcome love when she needs it. I hope everyone gets to interact with Kiara at least once here on Cups. Kiara, your compassion is truly a gift to our community, and we are delighted to celebrate you with this award.

Tinywhisper11 is a truly remarkable and influential presence on 7 Cups. Her unique blend of deep empathy and wisdom has made a profound impact in community morale, especially within the forums where her guidance is often sought and highly valued. She consistently fosters an environment where members feel genuinely supported and understood, helping countless individuals navigate their challenges with grace. Beyond her insights, Tiny is also known for her sweet nature and wonderful sense of humor, bringing light and warmth to every interaction. She embodies the spirit of compassion and connection that is central to 7 Cups, and her long-standing dedication has helped shape the supportive culture we all cherish. • Mytwistedsoul

Mytwistedsoul has been an active force on 7 Cups since 2018 and has really enriched the member side of Cups during their time.

Mytwistedsoul is one of the most dedicated people we know of when it comes to the Trauma community; their focus is on DID/OSDD and the effects it has on those who live with it and those who are around those who live with it. They are always so welcoming and kind when they host their discussions and you truly feel like no question is too silly. It's this hands-on, pervasive support, and their realness as a relatable individual, that makes Mytwistedsoul approachable for so many navigating their healing journeys. They are well deserving of this award and the acknowledgement for all the amazing kindness and compassion they put into our community. Congratulations and thanks for all you do!

VictoriaLove7 is always cheering up people and celebrating achievements with beautiful threads, very well designed and with thoughtful texts, demonstrating a lot of work and dedication.

• BestVase7265

BestVase7265 keeps a low profile, so is mostly unknown in the Community, but as a Member since March 2016, has posted more than 20,000 extremely supportive posts, and is a staple in the Depression Support community, where they have been Forum Supporter for years. Incredibly consistent, day after day, and effective in supporting people going through tough times, and we can always count on them for their thoughtful replies. We are so happy to highlight their work!
