It’s my honor and pleasure to announce our first December Featured Leader…

Paws has been with us since 2019 (their Cupsversary was on the 29th!!). She has worn many hats but she may be best known for all of her work in the Family and Caregivers subcommunity. Here’s what some folks had to say about Paws:

“Paws is an exemplary leader and truly an example of what it means to be a leader here at Cups. She exudes compassion, is a skillful and competent host, and is superb in communicating with and overseeing her team in Family & Caregivers. She never fails to step up and support those in her team and beyond, as well as maintains utter humility in doing so. If anyone deserves this award, it's her. And I consider myself incredibly lucky to have encountered and worked with her here in the community.

A fun fact about me: I was given the nickname "Paws" many years before I joined 7 Cups by my local animal shelter for my work in orphan kitten rescue. The youngest kitten I raised was 3 days old.

My proudest achievement at 7 Cups is revitalizing the Family and Caregivers sub-community. I want to give a big thank you to my Family and Caregivers teammates for their generosity, determination, and support beyond measure.
