So, I've been a listener since August 6, 2014, and have learned many new things throughout my journey on 7cups. My personal milestone would be reflecting on myself and taking better care of myself, something that the 7cups community has taught me to do. I was always focused on helping others that I failed to realize when I needed help. Luckily for me, the 7cups family has been very helpful, kind, and just loving. Thank you all! You mean the world to me!

My personal mile stone I believe has been that I took a chat about domestic violence. It was completely out of my comfort zone because I like easy chats but I took it . And I stuck with it. and I helped her.
