It hurts whn my posts gets deletd cos 7 cups dnt lke truth. @Laura mayb u cn stop it bein removed????? MEMBRS PLS READ Im almost 7 months pregnant n trappd in a violent relationship. I had a listenr fr a long time who ws helpin me. But then all of a suddn after her promisin to help me she ignores my messags and jus isn't interestd anymore. She bans me frm the site fr no reason and also gets others to ban me to. Al I want is fr her to help me the wy she promisd to get me n my baby to a safe place bt instead she turns everyone against me. Everyon on here lies to me sayin she hs left knowing full well she is stil here chattin and helpin new peopl bt nt me. I hav spent so long asking listenrs to help me get her to talk to me bt they wnt. They dnt understand hw desperate I am fr her help. Pls. @adaptableNorth88 - One of the rules in this community is confidentiality, which means just as listeners cannot share your details, we ask you not to share listener details, including posting their name here. I know it hurts to not be able to speak to a listener who you feel was helpful, but unfortunately, if a listener has chosen not to speak with you anymore, that is their prerogative and it's something that you have to accept. There are lots of other listeners in this community who I am sure would like to support you, but this one isn't an option anymore.
@Anomalia n I thort the point of ths site ws to get help! Instead im treatd lke crap n she is protectd by everyon she gives out to. Women lke me dnt mater to her anymor she jus been the n no one wil mke her listn
@adaptableNorth88 - The point of this site is to get help, but that doesn't mean that any given individual is obligated to take chats they are not comfortable with. If you are seeking help, you can reach out to any number of other listeners here who would love to support you, but just like we would never ask a member to continue in a chat with a listener who for whatever reason they do not want to, we also will never ask a listener to continue in a chat that they do not feel comfortable continuing, regardless of the reason.
Help and support are available to you here, but not from that listener.
@Anomalia but do they have the right to ban any member from the site, or delete their posts?
@Warda971 - Listeners are able to help flag accounts of members who they believe are here to break rules. If that happens unfairly, the member is always able to reach out to the community team at community@7cups.com to have the situation reviewed (much like if a listener is banned based on memer reviews/reports, they can ask to have it reviewed).
As for deleting posts, one job of the forum mentors, including myself, on this site is to ensure the forums remain a safe place for all seeking support and that the rules are followed. When they are not, we edit or delete as needed to keep the rules of the forum in action. Anyone who has concerns about this is welcome to PM me to discuss.

@adaptableNorth88 dont just stick to one listener even if u think she is the best, just try others, alot of listeners here are great and empathetic. And about that violence in ur life , can't u just leave whoever is doing this to u? If u have a job move away start ur own safe life for the sake of ur baby,or can't u just ask help from ur frnds or anyone u trust? Hope that helped u somehow..

When i am forced to do small talk because that is what is normal.. but what i really want to do is tell you what i did in kindergarten and what my favourite flower is.. etc !
