Sometimes we just need to hear a certain phrase for us to feel comforted and happy.

You are allowed to leave her. She will recover and be fine. You need to worry about yourself and make sure you're taking the time you need. You don't ever have to be involved with her ever again, and she has other sources of support asides from you.
You don't have to let her control you. You don't have to apologize so much or do what she says. You deserve to only share your problems with the people you want to hear them. You don't have to stay with her or be her emotional punching bag. She controlled you and you don't have to forgive her for it.
