@ASilentObserver

My biggest struggle is not loving myself. I have always been my worst enemy.

My other struggle is not opening up when something is bothering me, I keep it bottled up.

Hey Pam, I relate to the suppression. It's bad but can't not do it.

I know, after revealing your mental health problems to someone you just feel like you're weird and you'll never be thought of as a nornal human being :(

That when you start to recover, everything gets harder to get better. That when people say theyll help you, they dont understand what your going through.

Well, its sporadic, staccato nature can be very upsetting, but sometimes, I can just feel it lurking beneath the surface and that's pretty bad too.

@ASilentObserver it feels like i am holding back a food, trying to keep the gates closed. but as i stand there i see the water coming through the cracks. it is then i ask myself. is it worth keeping these gates closed, why am i holding it closed. it eats at you untill you feel like you cant hold it back anymore.

@ASilentObserver You get out of it and then another wave comes, dragging you back under.
